ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
This 46th annual Expo is one of the largest HR conferences in the southeastern US, attracting over 1,500 human resources professionals to network with and learn from, as well as HR experts and industry leaders. The Expo will be held at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando, Florida, and is organized by HR Florida State Council, a state affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). As well as being a hub of information about the latest human resources trends and developments, there are opportunities at the Expo to earn credits for both the HR Certification Institute and SHRM Competencies Certifications as well.

As a Client Service Manager, Carl Nielsen is dedicated to helping our clients reach and exceed their compliance goals. With an extensive background in sales and business administration, Carl has been providing top tier customer service to his clients since he stepped into this role in early 2019. Motivated by learning new things and meeting new people, Carl enjoys working with clients to help them overcome any challenges and to create an exceptional professional environment. He is responsible for all new customer implementations, our CS associates, technical integrations, and the day to day success of his clients.
